Clerk to the Justices Building

GV II

Purpose-built offices. Mid C19. Channelled ashlar facing on
brick. 2 storeys, 3-window range to College Hill, with canted
angle and single-window return elevation to Swan Hill. Outer
bays advanced, with 2-pane sash windows with cambered heads
with voussoirs and keystones in left-hand bay, paired windows
over door and to right. Continuous string course forms
pediment over door in recessed central section. Overhanging
moulded eaves cornice. Rear wall stacks.
