House, now offices. c1800. Brick with stuccoed basement storey
and Welsh slate roof recessed behind parapet. 3 storeys,
1-window range. 2 full-height recessed blind arches flank a
central 18-pane sash window. Doorway to left in architrave
with traceried overlight, and stuccoed voussoirs. Blind
archway matching it to right. Central bow window, part
blocked. Parapet eaves with etched stuccoed panels. Gable end
stacks.
