GV II

House. Mid C19. Limestone ashlar with rendered left-hand side
wall; slate roof, stone-coped with moulded kneelers and finial
to left gable; brick right end stack. Double-depth plan
including lower rear service range. 2 storeys; one-window
front with label moulds over one above 2-light Tudor-style
windows with chamfered stone surrounds and mullion. Similar
fenestration to left-hand return, with ashlar open porch
fronting plank door. INTERIOR not inspected.
