House now shop with flat above. Mid C18, altered. Deeply-coursed dressed sandstone, Welsh slate roof.

EXTERIOR: two storeys, two-window range. Large quoins. Doorway to left has six-panel door and blocked overlight in painted ashlar surround. C20 shop window to right. First floor: projecting stone sills and flush ashlar surrounds to metal casements. Ashlar gable copings; ashlar end stacks with bands, offsets and cornices.

INTERIOR: not inspected.

Despite the alterations the facade makes a significant contribution to the street scene.
