House. c1840. Brick with ashlar dressings and hipped and
gabled slate roof with single gable and single side wall
stacks. Plinth, first floor band, plain wooden eaves. 2
storeys; 3 window range. Windows are 12 pane sashes with brick
flat arches. Central shallow Ionic portico with half-glazed
door and overlight with oval panes. On each side, a 15 pane
sash with brick flat arch. INTERIOR not inspected.
