2 Cottages. Circa 1912, by Sir Edwin Lutyens in a Neo-Vernacular style.
Brick with tiled lintels and eaves, and old tile roof. U-plan with 2 gabled
wings to front. 1½ storeys. Large central ridge stack and central ridge stack
on each wing, all with clasping buttresses, and 2 half hipped dormers to rear.
2 ground floor 4-light casements with Caernarvon relieving arches. and tiled
tympana flanking central boarded door with latticed oval opening above; one
4-light casement on each floor of gabled wings, those on ground floor with Caernarvon relieving arches and tiled tympana; return fronts with 2-light casements to outside and boarded doors in corners with moulded timber porches.
