A pair of semi-detached houses. Early C19. White brick; slate
roofs with a paired bracketed eaves soffit.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellars. A plain pilaster at each end
of the front. 4 window range: sashes with a single vertical
glazing-bar in plain reveals, with painted stucco cornices on
stub brackets and painted stucco sills.
The ground storey windows have brackets decorated with an
Egyptian motif. Raised stucco bands run at 1st storey
window-sill level and between the 1st and 2nd storey windows.
The name College House is inscribed on the lower band at the
corner of No.5. Two 6-panel doors with moulded sunk panels are
set in a wood doorcase with pilasters having Egyptian heads,
cornices and panelled reveals.
