Early C19. Small one-storey lodge of local pinkish brick with stone dressings,
hipped slate roof. Now a shop. Two windows and central door, all in stone
architraves, with panels below windows, glazing modern. Stone plinth, frieze
and eaves cornice. Four-panel door with oblong fanlight. Small pent right
extension of similar materials. Listed partly for group value with Regent
Terrace (qv).
