Small house, formerly 2 cottages. Late C18/early C19. Flemish bond brick
with blue headers to the ground floor, first floor hung with clay tiles. Peg-
tile roof; brick stacks.

Plan: West-facing, sited below the churchyard. Double depth plan, 2 rooms
wide with a slightly off-centre entrance. The 2 front rooms and rear right
service room are heated from end stacks.

Exterior: 2 storeys. Slightly asymmetrical 3-bay front, the C19 or C20 front
door just left of centre with steps up and a lattice porch. Circa early C19
timber 16-pane sash windows, 2 to the ground and 2 to the first floor. Roof
gabled at ends.

Interior: Not inspected.

One of a row of small vernacular houses, group value with the church.
