Semi-detached cottage. C18, modified. Local lias stone cut and squared; roof in 3 parts, a continuation of Lavenders
to north (qv), to double Roman clay tiles with stepped coped gable to south, then set back a triple roll clay tile roof
with coped south gable, and an attached wing to the south has plain clay tiles with plain gables; brick chimney stacks.
Two storeys, 3 single-bay sections. Bay 1, the continuation, has 20-pane sash windows below, and is blank above; bay 2,
set back, has a 2-light small pane casement below, set in voussoired segmental arched opening, to right a 6-panel door
with simple lead-coved timber roof, and above a 12-pane sash; third unit is formerly separate building to south-west
now attached by wing wall, and blank on street side; north gable has two early pattern 3-light leaded casement windows,
the lower set to right of a boarded door in heavy frame, with timber lintols to each opening. The centre bay his a
large extension to the rear. Interior not seen.
