Estate cottage with attached estate office. Cottage c.1810,
probably by William Wilkins for the first Earl Manvers of
Thoresby. c.1890 estate office. Render over red brick. Slate
roofs with overhanging eaves. Cottage with left gable and single
ridge rendered stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 2 glazing bar
casements. Above are 2 similar casements with single small
glazing bar casement to the right. To the left is a similar
single storey, single bay wing with single Gothick glazing bar
casement. To the right is the single storey, 2 bay, purpose
built estate office with single red brick stack to the front.
Single large glazing bar casement and single similar 2 light
casement to the right. Projecting from the left, at juncture of
cottage and office, is a similar single storey, 5 bay
outbuilding. Interior of office has fielded panelling to walls
with fitted cupboards and muniment boxes.
