Circa 1830 2 storeys rendered, painted on plinth and with chamfered quoins
to right. Low pitch hipped slate roof with eaves band. 4 windows, recessed,
sash, glazing bars, block sills to lst floor. 3 on ground floor and recessed
door of 6 flush panels. Large tent hood with finial to wall, on cast iron
columns. Lean-to to right with door of 6 panels, 2 glazed. The house is
at right angles to the Girls Hostel and again has good trees in garden.

The Girls Hostel and Bellevue Cottage form a group.
