10/213 Troake Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse, now house. Early C16, extended late C17; refronted and
bay to left demolished in mid C19. C16 cob to right; late C17
coursed rubble; rendered front; hipped artificial slate roof;
brick end stacks. Now of 2-unit plan with central cross passage
and rear right outshut. 2 storeys; 2-window range. C20 gabled
porch to centre. C19 unhorned 8/8-pane sashes. Interior: early
C16 bay to right has stopped hollow-chamfered beams, blocked open
fireplace with chamfered bressummer and architraves and 3 early
C16 chamfered Tudor-arched door architraves; 2 late C17 stop-
chamfered beams to left; C19 plank and panelled doors.
