Gate piers and wall. Probably late C18. Red brick and local stone. Gate piers about 500 mm square and almost 2 metres
high, in brick with moulded stone caps, steps and tall necks to ball finials; cut and squared stone walls about 1.6
metres high with curved sweeps into gate piers and at extremities, linking at one end into North East corner of Cole
Hill House (qv) with brick piers at intervals having conical stone caps, in all some 20 metres long. Important to
setting of house.
