Churchyard Cross. Probably C15 with C19 top. Doulting stone. Square base about 2.2 metres wide and 400 mm high, with
second plain step about 1.5 metre wide and 250 mm high; circular shaft socket, moulding possibly recut; tapering
octagonal shaft, chamfers probably recut, of which top half is C19; Heavy cross at top with monogram IHS and a plain
quatrefoil panel incised therein. (Pooley, Old Crosses of Somerset, l877).
