Including No 3 Little Lane.
An early C19 gault brick house with a parapet on the front. 3 storeys.
3 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars (except in the ground
storey windows), in painted reveals, with stuccoed flat arches. A wing
extends to the north west at the rear 2 storeys and attics. 3 window
range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars (except in the ground storey
windows). A raised brick band runs between the storeys. The doorway
has a stucco doorcase with pilasters and cornice. The roof of the main
block is slate, hipped and tile roof to the wing at the rear is tiled,
with 2 flat headed dormers and a dentilled, brick eaves course. Included
for group value.

Nos 52A, 52 & Quayside House form a group with Nos 33 to 41 (consec)
Nos 43 to 47 (odd), Nos 51 to 53 (consec) Malthouse adjoining No 53,
Nos 55 and the Wharf and Nos 54 to 64 (even) Quayside.
