Detached cottage. Circa 1500, altered late C17. Rubble stone
north bay, square panelled timber-framing with brick nogging to
south bay, half-hipped thatched roof with three diagonally-set
brick axial stacks. Entrance in north gable-end. Single-storey
and attic. Four-panelled door, 3-light casement to right and 2-
light casement to attic, cruck blades rendered over. Road front
has C20 three-light casement to rubble stone left bay. Right
return has 2-light casement to both floors. Rear lean-to
extensions. Interior said to have cruck truss at north end,
blocked open fireplace.
