Detached house. Circa 1820. Limestone ashlar front, English
garden wall brick returns, Welsh slate roof with gable end brick
stacks. Two-storey, 3-window. Central 6-panelled door with
transom light in tent porch with decorative wooden latticed sides,
16-pane sash either side in recessed elliptical-arched panel.
First floor has blind central window in arched panel with 16-pane
sash either side. Deep eaves on paired wooden brackets. Integral
rear 2-storey outshut with small 20-pane sashes.
