Small villa. Yellow stock brick with new slate roof. Single storey with semi basement and
raised ground storey. Three bays. Stone steps up to central entrance. Cast iron canopied
porch. Sash windows either side of entrance. Shallow pitched roof with deep eave. Single
bay extension to left; 2 storey, sashes with segmental heads to ground floor. A rare example
of a modest Early Victorian suburban villa.
