Dame Edith Phelips dyed 28 Sept 1728 in the 66th year of her age

His first wife was Dorothy, only daughter of Henry Cheeke of West Newton Esq by whom he had no surviving issue. By his last wife, Edith, the daughter and Heir of Mr John Blake of Langport, He left three daughters Ann, Elizabeth, and Edith.
