Detached house 1893. Arnold Mitchell. Redbrick hipped tiled roof to eaves regular
composition.2 storeysand dormer, 5 bays, with lower window wing to left. Entrance
to right with bracketed hood with pitched roof. Canted bay window to right. Long
central window lighting stair, square headed flush framed sashes, small panes, glazing
bars (connected to lower wing). Coved cornice to eaves. Tall chimneys to left and
right. Rear elevation also of interest. Interior with original woodwork, fireplaces
etc.
