Shop, formerly dwelling. c1700. Painted brick with plain tiled
steeply pitched roof. Pitch of roof suggests possible
timber-framed structure incorporated in C18 building.
3 storeys with attic dormers. 3-window range with inserted
shop front and flush-framed 12-pane sashes with
segmentally-arched heads with stressed keystones on each
floor. Central window spaces blind. Deep moulded wood
modillion eaves cornice, angle quoins. 2 pedimented dormers in
the roof. Coped gables with moulded kneelers.
