Warehouse, now offices. Mid C19, restored c1991 following a
fire. Red brick with ashlar dressings and slate roof. Plinth,
first floor sill band, moulded wooden eaves cornice with end
brackets. 4 storeys; 9 window range of top hung casements with
glazing bars. 3 lower floors have shaped wedge lintels.
Off-centre doorcase with pilasters and simple entablature.
Door boarded up.
