3 houses, now offices. Early C19, restored late C20. Brick,
with painted ground floor and ashlar dressings and slate roof
with a ridge stack. Plinth, first floor sill band, renewed
wooden eaves cornice. 3 storeys; 8 window range of 12-pane
sashes. Windows have brick flat arches. Above again, 9-pane
sashes, some partly reglazed. Ground floor has an off-centre
round-arched door with fanlight, and 2 doors with overlights.
Five 12-pane sashes.
