Warehouse, now club. Mid C19. Red brick with painted ashlar
dressings and slate roof. Plinth, ground floor and first floor
cornices, modillion wooden eaves cornice. Windows are
segment-arched cast-iron glazing bar casements. 4 storeys; 2
window range. Ground floor has 2 moulded doorcases with
4-panel doors and fanlights. Above, 2 windows with similar
surrounds. Upper floors have smaller windows with plain arches
and keystones.
