Warehouse, now offices. Mid C19. Red brick with stucco
basement and ashlar dressings, painted. Roof not visible.
Quoins, ground floor cornice, first floor band, eaves cornice,
blocking course. Windows are plain sashes, those to the upper
floors with shaped wedge lintels. 2 storeys plus basement; 4:3
windows. In 2 blocks, the left one set back. Left block has 2
sashes in moulded surrounds, then a small blank, then a
moulded segment-arched cart entrance with iron gates. Above, 4
sashes on each floor. Right block has a central sash flanked
by doors with fanlights, all segment-headed. Above, 3 sashes
on each floor.
