House, now offices. 1845-55, converted C20. Red brick, painted
stone dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows.
Plinth and quoins. 3 steps up to central 4-panelled door in
moulded architrave with overlight and 3/4 Tuscan columns
supporting entablature, cornice and blocking piece. Flanking
and first-floor windows are margin-light 12-pane sashes in
architraves, recessed panel below ground-floor windows,
moulded string to first floor and eaves. Eaves cornice,
blocking course, end stacks.
