Service wing of Newton Villa (qv), now 2 houses. Early C19,
altered C20. Coursed squared gritstone, stone slate hipped
roof. 2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows. 2 restored panelled
doors with overlights in sawn stone surrounds; small-pane
windows in plain architraves, paired sashes with stone mullion
far left, ground and 1st floor, in a slight projection but
under the same eaves. Banded stack to left and on ridge,
centre.
