Terrace of 5 houses with steps and railings. c1840. Ashlar
with chamfered quoins, low-pitched slate roof. 2 storeys with
attics, 5 bays with 1:3:3:3:1 windows, the central and outer
gabled bays project. Steps with iron railings up to each
house; 3 entrances with Tuscan columns supporting
entablatures. Windows in projecting bays are tall casements
with cornices on console brackets, the rest are sashes with
glazing bars; plain 1st-floor casements; narrow round-headed
attic windows in gables. Wide bracketed eaves, stone corniced
stacks.
