Front wall and gate piers to Farnley
Hill Methodist Church

GV II

Wall with end piers and gate piers. Early C19. Coursed squared
gritstone wall, ashlar piers. Built on a steep slope, the wall
extends across the front of the church, approx 15m overall,
plain copings, railings replaced. End and gate piers square
section, approx 2m high, plinth, chamfered shafts, cornice and
shallow pyramidal capstone.
