Small country house, now flats. Late C18, altered C20. Coursed
squared gritstone, ashlar details, stone slate roof. Chamfered
quoins, parapet and cornice. 2 storeys with attic, 3 windows,
plain stone architraves, modern casements. Central entrance:
glazed door with fanlight, Tuscan attached columns supporting
open segmental pediment. Tall round-headed stair window at
rear, sashes with glazing bars. Round-arched attic window in
gable ends.
