War memorial with flanking railings and gate. c1920. Ashlar.
High chamfered plinth, tall tapered cross with small crucifix
on the W side; railings cast-iron with scroll finials. Plaque
on W side of plinth: 'TO THE/ UNCONQUERED/ 1914-1918/
1939-1945'; brass plaque on E side: 'THEY BATTLED, THEY
ENDURED, THEY DIED', list of 85 names.
