Cemetery lodge. 1886. Probably by J Pritchett. Coursed
gritstone, slate roof. Gothic Revival style.
A large 2-storey building composed of a 5-bay gabled range
with 2 projecting gabled bays on the S side. Facade to road:
gabled porch with board door, scrolled hinges, pointed arch;
canted bay window with cusped and transom lights, 2-light
window in same style to gable above; 3-light window left. Left
return: gabled wings have 4-light window left, external
chimney with ornate twisted stack right, similar stack to left
return of left bay and on ridge.
