GV II

Lodge house. c1911. By GW Atkinson, designer of the City of
Leeds Training College. Red brick, slate hipped roof. 2
storeys, 2-bay L-plan with entrance in the angle of the 2
short wings. 4-panel door with overlight, pitched roof over
and round window with leaded panes above. 8-pane sashes in
flush wood frames to ground floor, 6-pane to upper floor,
splayed brick flat arches. Deep eaves, 2 large ridge stacks
with oversailing collars.
