House. Mid C19. Cream Gault brick in Flemish bond with stucco dressings with slate hipped roof of U-plan with stacks on each flank, that to north-east truncated. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range; wing extending to the south-east. Front articulated by 4 giant pilasters with stucco capitals. 1st floor has 3 large 16-pane sash windows with stuccoed flat arches and keystones. Ground floor has central slightly projecting porch with Tuscan piers, cornice and blocking course. Recessed door with 4 boldly moulded panels and rectangular fanlight. Either side is a similar 16-pane sash as 1st floor. The north-west flank elevation has two 12-pane sashes over one larger 16-pane sash. To the south-west is a single storey service block of matching brick with slate roof with a 16-pane sash in its roadside elevation. Rear service block is former wash-house to rear yard, with loft over. INTERIOR: open-well staircase with stick balusters, shaped tread ends and wreathed handrail. Original panelled pantries, contemporary doors with moulded architraves.
