Pair of semi-detached houses. Mid C19. Cream Gault brick with stucco dressings and brick quoins; slate roof with large ridgeline stack with brick recessed panels. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 4-window range with projecting centre. Each recessed part has one sash window with stucco surround and central vertical glazing bar, over slightly projecting Tuscan porch with pierced balustrade over recessed door with 2 large semicircular-headed moulded panels. The centre has on the 1st floor, 2 similar sash windows with iron ventilator panels over. The ground floor has 2 rectangular bay windows with Tuscan piers, margin-glazed tripartite windows and pierced balustrades. The exposed north-west flank of main block has 2 sash windows with a central blind recess; flat-roofed garage to south-east flank. To the rear of each unit is a lower 2-storey contemporary service block which steps forward to provide a service entrance on the ground floor with a sash window over. INTERIOR: not inspected.
