Offices. Late C19 with later C20 addition. Red brick, stone
dressings, slate roof to added 4th storey above the deep
modillion eaves cornice and balustered parapet; cast-iron
railings.
4 storeys and basement, 4 windows wide. Italianate style.
Entrance on left: Tuscan columns supporting heavy entablature
with balustered balcony to first-floor window. Ground-floor
windows in eared architraves with keyblocks. First floor:
large windows in moulded architraves with heavy segmental
pediments on console brackets, continuous moulded sill forming
cornice over ground floor. Small 2nd-floor windows in moulded
architraves with sills on small brackets. Railings: spearhead
finials.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
