The property includes No 8 Prospect Place (qv).
South front late C18 3 storey. Brick, of 4 bays with large segmental bow with
panelled apron and cornice in right hand 1st floor bay. Early C19 cast iron
balconies, acanthus and scroll pattern to remainder 1st floor windows. 5 panel
door with rectangular fanlight flanked by later windows in left hand bay.
Right hand end of south front and east front extended early C19 by stuccoed
block of 3 storey and attic with strings at cill levels and vermiculated quoins.
East front 5 bays including 2 storey angular bays in centre and at right hand,
with similar 3 storey bay to left hand and double 6 panel door in Greek Doric
porch with entablature and triglyph frieze in 2nd bay from left hand.
