Cl8. High wall with lower part of clunch rubble and upper part of red brick with course of brick head on top; modern brick above this with modern brick capping. Wooden boarded door in frame at north end. Extends south as far as boundary wall to north of Nos 1 and 2 Church Passage.

The boundary walls to Nos.13, 14 and 15 West Street form a group with Listed Buildings in Church Passage.
