Mid to later C18. 3 storeys rendered brick with string courses between storeys.
Moulded coping to parapet. Attic windows in pantile roof, 3 windows flush
architrave framed sashes, no glazing bars. Entrance to right hand, door of
6 fielded panels with delicate radial and wreathed pattern fanlight in good
doorcase of engaged Corinthian columns, broken entablature with delicate oval
leaf moulding, open moulded pediment. Inside the stairs have been altered
and the panelling removed.

Nos 1 to 7 (consec) Palace Hill Terrace with the Steps, Rails and Terrace proper
form a good group.
