Mid C18 house of 3 storeys and attic, the attic altered. Brick with string
courses between storeys, rendered, moulded coping to parapet. 3 windows flush
architrave framed sashes, no glazing bars. Entrance to right hand with door
of 6 fielded panels, 3 pane rectangular fanlight.

Nos 1 to 7 (consec) Palace Hill terrace with the Steps, Rails and Terrace proper
form a good group.
