Mid C18. 3 storey red brick front up to parapet with moulded coping. Gable
end old pantile roof. One central window each floor, flush architrave framed
sashes, 5 panes wide, with flat stucco arches. Door of 6 fielded panels to
right hand in plain doorcase with frieze and cornice over. Inside the front
ground floor room has fielded panelling in 2 orders, plain chimney piece with
moulded mantle, panelled shutters sealed in. Kitchen to rear has exposed ceiling beams.
Nos 1 to 7 (consec) Palace Hill Terrace with the Steps, Rails and Terrace proper
form a good group.
