Milepost. Early C19. Cast iron. Triangular plan with chamfered faces that to the left says
DONCASTER 4 MILES, that to the right says THORNE 6½ MILES, HATFIELD 3
MILES. The flat curved top says DONCASTER and THORNE ROAD, LONG
SANDALL. Painted white with raised lettering in black paint.
