Early C19 (possible recasing). 2 storeys stucco front with cornice and blocking
course, 2 windows 1st floor, glazing bar sashes in architrave surrourds. Former
shop or public house front on ground floor, 3 large lights and door flanked by
Doric pilasters, panelled frieze, block cornice with 3 acroteria. Side elevation
to passage rendered, flat eaves. 3 windows at far end and central double doors
of 6 fielded panels with 3 pane fanlight, scrolled brackets to cornice over. Inside
open string staircase with linked scrolls between bannisters, moulded rail.
The Brewery Stores and Nos 21 to 24 (consec) form a group.
