House. 1910, to the designs of Barry Parker and Raymond Unwin. Brick in Flemish bond with tile roof and tile dressings. Boxed and swept eaves. Two storeys, L-shaped plan roughly similar to house found at far end of this side of Willifield Green, No.113 Willifield Way (q.v.). Entrance round arched to rear wing; first-floor oriel to join between wings.
Segmental-arched windows with Georgian type sashes; windows
and doors of an original design. Brick and weatherboarded garage with tile roof to right. Forms part of a most important group including Nos.113-123, 127-133 (odd), and 126-148
(even) Willifield Way (q.v.) with Nos. 38, 40 and 42 Asmuns Hill
