House. c1830-5 with C20 alterations. Brick with slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys plus attic. 2 bays. The windows have C20
aluminium frames. The attic is lit by a flat-roofed C20
dormer. The doorway, in the right-hand bay, has a doorcase
with engaged fluted columns and a frieze with panels formed by
raised borders. Above the 6-panel door there is a plain
rectangular overlight. The timber gutter is carried on paired
brackets. Axial chimney towards left behind ridge.
