Front view of the historic statue of Queen Victoria which has now been relocated to Castrop Rauxel Square.
The inscriptions read:- ‘Victoria Rec. Et Imp. 1837 - 1901’
and ‘This statue was erected by the citizens of Wakefield as a memorial to their great and good Queen. 1904’
