Mid C19 bank building of 2 storeys in coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and rusticated quoins. Hipped Welsh slate roof. 4 windows in stone surrounds with carved heads and band at cills, which are on tabs. 3 windows to ground floor with band at keystone height. These windows have round arched heads with triple keystones and cills on tabs. Band at impost height joins to similar surround to doorway with door of 6 fielded panels. Semi-circular fanlight. Stone plinth. Brick stack. Red brick to side elevation. Eastern section is early C19 cottage of 1 storey in coursed rubble with pantile roof and brick chimney. 2-storey height. 1 window, hung sash with glazing bars and stone lintel. Carved later door under wood lintel. Forecourt railings of the period and gatepiers and iron gates.

Nos 15 and 16, 16A, 17 to 23 (consec) 33 to 38 (consec) and St George's House, form a group with Nos 40 to 48 (consec) of which Nos 16, 17, 19, 23 and 25, 35 and 36, 38 and 47 and 48 are buildings of local interest.
