2/286 War Memorial in

Former cross now a War Memorial. C14, converted c.1919. Ashlar
and sandstone. 3 sand stone steps support the C14 square base
with stopped angles, into which is fitted a contemporary square
chamfered shaft. From this rises a C20 tapering octagonal shaft
with crucifixus.
