The second sentence of the description shall be amended to read:-
"Built in 1813, architect Edward Holl, to house the Governor, Physician, Surgeon and

Two semi-detached pairs of houses linked at ground floor level. Built in 1813, architect Edward
Hall, to house the Governor, Physician, Surgeon and Agent of the adjoining Royal Naval
Hospital, later the Royal School of Church Music. Some mid C19 and C20 alterations. Stock brick
in Flemish bond with mansard slate roof and central stock brick stacks. Three storeys and attics; 4
windows to each pair. Mainly sash windows with horns, concealed by outer casements. Moulded
modillion cornice and stringcourse. Ground floor has round-headed windows. Entrances in sides
with side porches with semi-circular fanlights with double doors. No 1 has mid C19 two-storey
matching extension built on to side, no 2 has full height 1-bay stuccoed extension added at the
side, but set back from the porch and Zeebrugge House has 2 mid C19 canted bays to the first
floor.
